  • Vegan mayo, ketchup, or mustard

For the Vegan Patty

  1. Prepare flax egg: Mix flaxseed meal with water, let sit 5 minutes until gel-like.

  2. Mash beans: In a large bowl, mash black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.

  3. Mix ingredients: Add quinoa, breadcrumbs, grated carrot, onion, garlic, flax egg, spices, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
